When Will iPupPee Be Available?

iPupPee's are available for preorder now! We are working diligently with our manufacturer to get our inventory here as soon as possible. Do You Offer a Training Manual?

Absolutely we do! Each iPupPee comes with its very own training manual as well as a training video by our very own dog trainer and dog psychologist, Brian Gagye. These have both been carefully designed to show you how to get your dog to press the button.

Is There a Sound For My Dog To Hear When They Press The Button?

Yes! The sound is there to help your dog understand the connection between pressing the button, to the sound, to you coming to let them out.

Can My Small Dog Press This Button?

Yes! We have designed the sensitivity of the button to allow smaller dogs under 10lbs to still be able to press the button.

Will My Dog Move This Around?

Each iPupPee comes stock with four anti-scratch pads on the bottom of the unit. If you have a bigger dog and would like a stronger grip on your floor, you will also receive two pieces of double sided tape to keep your iPupPee from moving around. It will not leave a mark on your hardwood or tile floors either!

Do You Offer An Affiliate Program?

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not been picked and packed already, you can cancel your order. This does happen fairly quickly, so email woof@ipuppee.com with "CANCEL MY ORDER" in the Subject Line and we will do the best we can. Inquiries are typically answered within 24-48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see a response from us.

What Happens If I Didn't Receive My Order?

We highly recommend adding the $5 Shipping & Protection Guarantee at checkout. If you do not receive your order, that $5 will guarantee you your next delivery at no additional charge and require a proof of signature.

The iPupPee Isn't Working With My Dog, Can I Return It?

For the safety of our pups and pup parents, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products as they can't be resold. 

Please refer back to our step-by-step training manual and detailed training video you received. Every dog is different and some may take longer than others. Repetition will help!

The Product I Received Is Broken/Defective. Can I Get A Replacement?

We stand behind our products and will happily replace parts with manufacturing defects. Please send us a video of what is happening to woof@ipuppee.com and you may be eligible for a replacement. Inquiries are typically answered within 24-48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see a response from us.

What If I Entered The Wrong Address?
